Ingredients

  • ½ cup Earth Balance Spread Original
  • ½ cup sliced toasted almonds
  • 1 pound of cooked green beans or asparagus or any other veggies that you like
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Melt Earth Balance in the frying pan.
  • Add the almonds and brown for a minute.
  • Add the vegetables and heat until warm.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
