Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8 inch-square baking pan and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, the 2 tablespoons sugar, and vegan butter and mix to moisten the crumbs. Press the crumb mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, the 3/4 cup sugar, melted chocolate, and vanilla and process until smooth. Spread the mixture onto the crust. Bake until firm, 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool to room temperature then refrigerate until chilled. To serve, cut into squares and garnish with chopped nuts, berries and chocolate curls.
