  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 large frozen strawberries
  • 1-3 pitted dates if more sweetness desired
  • 1 cup non-fat soy milk rice milk or alternative milk of your choosing


  • Place ingredients in high-powered blender and mix well. Add more milk if blending doesn't occur easily.
