Meuniere Sauce or Fancy Vegan Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Earth Balance Buttery Spread
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • A dash of salt to taste
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat Earth Balance in pot until melted.
  • Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few seconds, stirring constantly.
  • Pour over vegetables and serve immediately.
