Healthy Vegan Caramel Dip
Check out this easy and delicious healthy vegan caramel dip recipe from Jill’s Joyful Kitchen!
Jill says, “This nutty and caramel-like dip is divine. It takes me back to my childhood and eating caramel apples…only this version is so much healthier…no refined sugars or oils. The secret ingredient is Lucuma Powder….a tropical fruit from Peru made into a powder and used as an alternative sweetener.”
This vegan caramel dip recipe is so easy to make: measure the ingredients, pop into a blender or food processor, and serve! It’s a great dip for parties or potlucks. No one will ever imagine it just took 5 minutes to whip up this vegan caramel dip recipe. I usually pair it with apple slices, but try it with pears, bananas, or any fruits you enjoy.
