The super yummy Earnest Eats vegan chocolate mint bar kept me full on a long cross-country flight.  I can highly recommend it for a midday snack!

It was satisfying, dense, chocolatey, and perfectly sweet  (in a good way – not in an artificial way).  I really enjoyed the calming mint leaves mixed with the chocolate base… YUM!  The 4g of fiber was an extra bonus.

In addition to their super yummy vegan products, I absolutely love what this company stands for: they support their local farmers and charities.  Earnest Eats donates $0.10 to IRC, the International Rescue Committee, for each bar sold.  They also purchase the mint directly from their U.S. community farms at fair trade pricing to help support the farmers’ efforts.  I love to hear about companies that behave as good corporate citizens!
