    Have a sweet Halloween with vegan peanut butter fudge!  Just treats, no tricks :)

    This easy vegan recipe is so yummy and will be loved by all.  Happy Halloween!



    4 cups organic sugar
    1 cup Earth Balance original
    1 cup soy creamer
    Dash salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 container Suzanne’s vegan marshmallow crème
    1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter


    1. Combine sugar, margarine and creamer in heavy 2-1/2 quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly.

    2. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.

    3. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallow creme, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat till blended.

    4. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Let cool and cut into 1-inch squares.
