Chocolate Banana Coconut Milk Smoothie

This super delicious smoothie is rich, creamy, chocolatey – and less then 200 calories! It’s a good breakfast treat – what a yummy way to start your day.
For a raw option, make your own nut milk instead.
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened So Delicious brand coconut milk (the one in the green carton)
1 medium banana
6 raw cacao beans
Preparation
1. Place all ingredients in your Vita-Mix, Blend-tec, or blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy the coconut chocolate bliss :)

I used a frozen banana and added my ground flax. Yummy!

Peel and then freeze the banana in 4 chunks. Then follow the recipe. You’ll have the BEST EVER “milk”shake!
