Vegan Fusion Hosts a Vegan Holiday Workshop in Asheville, NC

Do you need vegan Thanksgiving recipes?  Vegan Fusion’s 2-day Holiday Feast workshop will be 10/22 and 10/23.


Award-winning author and founding chef of Blossoming Lotus, Mark Reinfeld will be teaching basic techniques in vegan and raw food preparation during the 2 Day Vegan Holiday Feast Workshop October 22nd and 23rd. The workshop will be taking place on a 60-acre farm just outside of Asheville, North Carolina.

The workshop, as the name suggests, will be concentrating on vegan holiday foods with Thanksgiving and other holidays approaching. Featured dishes on the first day will include Pecan Crusted Tofu with Golden Gravy and Cranberry Relish. Day two will feature holiday favorites like Roasted Squash Soup and Holiday Nog.   The all vegan holiday menu is also gluten-free.
