– Things I Dont Eat

refined carbohydrates (white bread, white sugar, etc.)
overcooked vegetables
chocolate under 70% dark chocolate
sugary cereals
dried fruit with added sugar or phosphates
salted nuts
dressings with ingredients other than oil, herbs, vinegar, lemon (aka no ranch, french, italian, etc.)
nutella or other spreads with dairy products in them
hypdrogenated oils (conventional peanut butters like JIF contain these)
