This week’s Accidentally Vegan feature is… Organic Samosa Triangles by The Fillo Factory!

Thanks once again to Sangeetha and Mrs. R. for introducing me to some delicious vegan Indian foods!  (You’ll remember Mrs. R. from the dosa tutorial).

Are you looking for a tasty appetizer treat for parties?  Look no further than these spicy and scrumptious samosas  from The Fillo Factory that are yeast-free, parve, organic, and vegan!  The “buttery” flavor, the flaky pastry crust, and the spicy organic veggies… mmmmm…. I’m in heaven just thinking about them!  They look delicious (and fancy!), but they are a snap to prepare.  Although it will look like you worked all afternoon with a rolling pin, you really just need to bake them in the oven and serve.  Smile.

Try serving them with our super easy south Indian tomato and onion chutney recipe.  It takes just 20 minutes to make and you can keep it in the fridge for a week.

I found these tasty vegan samosas at the Whole Foods in Pittsburgh.  If you don’t have a Whole Foods in your neighborhood, here’s a link to find a list of local Fillo Factory retailers near you.  The Fillo Factory also sells direct online.

We all know what I’ll be serving at my next party!  YUM!
