Accidentally Vegan: Chick-O-Stick!

This week’s Accidentally Vegan feature is…. Chick-O-Stick

Contributed by Jessica Earhart

This weeks accidentally vegan product, Chick-O-Stick, is a long loved, all-American candy. Coconut and peanut butter pair up in this old fashioned candy, and for me it was love at first bite when I was just a kid!  The great news for anyone following a vegan diet is that Atkinson Candy Company’s delicious Chick-O-Stick formula is made without any animal products, so we can enjoy them too!  Chick-O-Sticks are crunchy and have the same flaky texture of the inside of a Butterfinger candy bar, but have a hint of yummy coconut in there as well.

You can find Chick-O-Stick are widely distributed and can be found at your local convenience or candy store.  I have loved these delectable orange stiks for as long as I can remember, and I am so glad I can keep on loving them as vegan! I hope you all love these as much as I do!
